What this site does — and does not — collect
This site has no user accounts, no analytics, no tracking cookies and no database. The contact form does not send anything to us: it opens your own email application with a pre-filled message, which you then choose to send or not.
We therefore process two kinds of data:
- What you send us by email — your name, company, email address and the content of your message. You decide what to include.
- Technical data processed by our hosting provider — to deliver and secure the site, Cloudflare processes connection data such as your IP address, browser type (user agent), the page requested, the time of the request and security events. We do not use this data to identify you.
Purposes and legal bases
- Answering your enquiry and, where relevant, following up commercially — legitimate interest (responding to a request you made).
- Operating and securing the site — legitimate interest (keeping the service available and safe).
- Keeping records we are legally required to keep — legal obligation, where applicable.
Recipients and processors
Cloudflare, Inc. (delivery and security of the site); Google LLC, whose Google Fonts service delivers the typeface used across this site — your browser requests those font files directly from Google, which therefore receives your IP address and browser information on each page load; the email provider you use to write to us; and the email service that hosts our mailbox. We do not sell your data, and we share it with no one beyond these providers.
International transfers
Cloudflare operates a global network and our mailbox may be hosted outside the European Economic Area. Where data leaves the EEA, transfers rely on the contractual safeguards offered by these providers (such as standard contractual clauses).
Retention
Emails are kept for as long as the exchange is active and for any period required by law or needed to document a business relationship, then deleted.
Your rights
Where the GDPR or a similar law applies to you, you may ask us to access, correct, delete or restrict the personal data we hold about you, or object to its processing. Write to the contact address above; we answer within one month. You may also lodge a complaint with your local data-protection authority.
Changes
We will update this notice if the site starts doing something new with data. The date at the top tells you when it last changed.
